Bitumen

It is an oil based substance. A semi–solid hydrocarbon product produced by removing the lighter fractions such as liquid petroleum gas, petrol and diesel from heavy crude oil during the refining process.

Bitumen is a black, oily, viscous material that is naturally-occurring organic byproduct of decomposed organic materials. It is also known as asphalt or tar. It is used as a sealant, adhesive, building mortar, incense and decorative application on pots, buildings or human skin
